The Remarkable Leadership Learning System works like no other leadership development program available today.

Rather than jamming everything into a 2 or 3 day (or more) workshop where you leave with a long list of ideas (and an even longer inbox waiting for you back at the office) with very few of those ideas getting another look after the conference (let alone making their way to implementation), we have created a System guaranteed to help you implement ideas and keep your inbox in order while you are learning.

The Remarkable Leadership Learning System is designed around 12 leadership topics – or competencies – one for each month of the year. As a member, you will participate in monthly tele-seminars with System-creator Kevin Eikenberry – Kevin will lead a training tele-seminar on each month’s competency and will host a 2nd tele-seminar each month with an expert in that month’s topic. You never have to leave the office (if you don’t want to)!

Each month members will receive a learning MAP (Monthly Action Plan) that outlines the competency and provides ready to implement action steps to help integrate learning with your life. Some steps may take 30 seconds – some may take 30 minutes; regardless, you will have an outline (or MAP) on how to make this system work for you.

Members also will have the opportunity to interact LIVE with Kevin (and his guests) during the tele-seminars. The experts are at the other end of your phone ready to answer your questions. That said, if you aren’t able to participate live – you don’t have to miss out on that month’s learning. Through the members’ only web site, you can download either a recording or transcript (or both) of any tele-seminar you have missed – or would just like to review.
