The Remarkable Leadership Learning System is unlike any leadership development system you have ever seen.

Who is Kevin Eikenberry?

Kevin is a best-selling author, speaker, consultant, trainer, coach, mentor, leader, learner, husband, father, son, brother, friend, Boiler-fan and antique John Deere collector (not necessarily in that order depending on the day).

He is the Chief Potential Officer of The Kevin Eikenberry Group, the Creator of The Remarkable Leadership Learning System and the Chief Success Coach of the Successpreneurs Inner Circle. Before launching his own business in 1993, Kevin was a worldwide trainer of trainers for Chevron. And before joining Chevron right out of Purdue, Kevin worked alongside his Dad helping to run the family farm in Michigan. (Kevin and his siblings still own the farm today.)

Emphasizing the power of learning, Kevin’s specialties include leadership, teams and teamwork, organizational culture, facilitating change, training trainers and more.

Kevin’s philosophy in business and in life is that every person and every organization has extraordinary potential. Investments of time, energy, focus and money are required for that potential to be realized. He believes learning is an active, ongoing process, not a passive, one-time event. Learning, work and life should be fun; and if we are doing it right, work (and learning) is play.

Kevin’s students and clients consistently rave about his effectiveness, many calling him “the best trainer I’ve ever experienced.”

What’s a teleseminar?

A teleseminar is very similar to a conference call. When it’s time for one of our calls, you dial into the teleseminar line (using a special passcode) and then participate just like you were having a phone conversation with a friend. Only in this case, you could be having a phone conversation with friends all over the world.

So you can participate in all of our events from your office, from your home, on speaker phone while you’re commuting – anywhere you have access to a phone line.

PLUS – The teleseminar system we use also offers a web simulcast which means you can listen and participate online. There’s no additional cost for the webinar option – and you do not incur any long distance charges by participating online.

This technology makes learning possible no matter where you are (unless you’re in super remote location with no phone or internet capability).

Why teleseminars instead of webinars?

We choose to use teleseminars, frankly, because the technology is easier and more accessible to everyone. You don’t need to be sitting in front of a computer unless you want to be. As long as you have access to a phone, you’re good to go.

Rather than spending your energy fussing with a webinar tool that may or may not work the way you want it to, we choose to use the simplest, most accessible, you probably have one sitting on your desk – and in your pocket – form of technology available.

Is this really interactive learning?

In a word – absolutely! Our live calls are like have a phone conversation with your friend or colleague. You can ask questions, offer suggestions and get feedback during every live event. You also have access to our entire Remarkable Leadership team via phone and email when you’re not on a call with us. Plus, it doesn’t get any more interactive than personal coaching. If you’re looking for one-on-one leadership coaching, Platinum or Titanium is the place for you!

What do Members do every month?

Our Members spend time participating in teleseminars, reflecting on their successes and challenges through the leadership prism and interacting with experts from around the world all focused on helping our Members achieve greater success.

Now, before you say “I don’t have time” or “there’s no way I could fit this is into my routine”, you need to know the Remarkable Leadership Learning System is built specifically with active, busy, on-the-go leaders in mind. All of our tools are designed to combine seamlessly with your professional – and personal – life – so everything does fit into your routine.

Teleseminars typically are offered during the work day and can be scheduled like a meeting on your calendar. If for some reason you aren’t able to join us live, recordings and transcripts are made available for every Learning Teleseminar and Guest Conversation. Every month we focus specifically on just one skill and how that one skill can be strengthened and immediately applied in your office, at your next meeting, with your team, in your next presentation, etc.

This one skill at a time, one month at a time approach allows you to really hone and practice your new (or refreshed) skills quickly without ever having to leave the office or lose time on the job. You’ll immediately see results and have opportunities to get on-going feedback from your team and colleagues – and through group coaching calls (Silver Membership and above).

What do Members receive?

What’s Remarkable House?

Remarkable House is the global headquarters of The Kevin Eikenberry Group and the Remarkable Leadership Learning System. And we do mean global headquarters as we have Clients and Members literally all around the globe from across North America to Rwanda to the UK to Australia and more.

Remarkable House is in fact a former residential house. We’re not in an office park or commercial location. Rather, our offices are in what used to be bedrooms and our conference room is what we suspect was the former dining room. We have working fireplaces and a fully functional kitchen which makes office parties even more fun. Plus we have an old-school oven complete with cupboard-style doors for getting in and out.

The RH has ears and is – we think – the first house to ever be a published author. (Check out this blog post from the RH.)

What’s a 360?

A 360 is a powerful tool designed to help leaders take a look at every aspect of their performance. This “performance evaluation” of sorts offers feedback of your performance from 360 degrees around you. That means the assessment includes feedback from more than just your boss. In a 360, you hear from your boss, your colleagues, your team and possibly even your Customers (internal and/or external). That anonymous information is combined with your self-assessment to create a snapshot profile of your strengths and challenges as a leader.

Unlike many off-the-shelf options, with our custom 360 Leadership Assessment you also will have a personal coach who will help you evaluate your results . . . and . . . create an action plan based on those results to help you focus more on your strengths and improve your challenges when necessary.

We can work with leaders across an entire organization, within one department, within in one office, or anywhere in between.

Do I need to be in a “real” leadership role to participate?

How do you define “real”? Seriously, what makes you any different from a Fortune 100 CEO or department head or front line supervisor or Little League Manager?

We know, it’s not always polite to answer a question with a question … but this one really begs the question (pun intended).

No matter what your business card says (or doesn’t say), we believe every person on the planet is a leader. You may not have anyone to lead yet, but every person has the capacity to lead in some way. Our entire System is built around meeting you where you are in your leadership journey.

Why not do all of this as “traditional” seminar?

Honestly, there’s absolutely no way we could.

Understand, we believe in the power of in-person training and work with Clients and partners year-round to develop very successful and very well received ‘traditional seminars’. However, the Remarkable Leadership Learning System is built specifically and especially for Leaders who want more than a traditional seminar experience.

This process allows you to focus so intently on one topic that you have the chance to feel successful by actually applying what you learn in your personal context and environment – not just thinking about it in a non-descript conference center ballroom.

In addition, unlike a traditional seminar, you are able to have personal, one-on-one coaching about your needs and your ideas and your situation.

Plus, you never have to go through airport security, pay for a hotel room internet connection to try to keep up with email or put your voicemail on out of the office to participate. You simply schedule a meeting with yourself – for just 60 minutes – and then incorporate what you’re learning into your daily routine.

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with traditional seminars – like we said we develop and offer them very successfully. This is just another way of learning that is built with actual learning – and application – in mind.

What’s the “real” difference between the different levels?

When you look critically at everything you receive at every Membership level, there really are two primary differences between our five Membership levels: access to Kevin and the amount of coaching you receive.

Access to Kevin: Every Member has the opportunity to interact LIVE with Kevin every month. Your Membership level determines the number of interactions with him you have each month. Access varies from one group learning teleseminar per month all the way to two group calls per month AND two hours of personal, one-on-one coaching with Kevin. Members also receive custom handouts, monthly MAPs, emails and more from Kevin every month. Kevin is your primary guide on this leadership journey; and he takes his responsibility as your chief teacher and mentor very seriously.

Personal coaching: Our monthly learning teleseminars are often referred to as group coaching because Kevin hands you immediately applicable tips, tools and techniques that will help you no matter what you’re working on that day/week/month. However, as your Membership advances you quickly add even more coaching opportunities. For instance: Silver Members receive dedicated group coaching calls monthly, Gold Members receive personal coaching based on their 360 Leadership Assessment, Platinum Members receive 2 hours of personal one-on-one coaching every single month and Titanium Members receive 2 hours of personal one-on-one coaching with Kevin every single month.

Is there some kind of regular progress report I can show my boss?

If you’re looking for a formal monthly assessment or “formal quiz” that you’ve learned something each month, no we don’t offer such a thing.

However, we believe Remarkable Leaders include their boss – and their team – on this leadership journey. We highly recommend that you share what you’re learning with the people around you. Teach your colleagues something you learn each month. Talk with your boss about his/her experience with each month’s skill. Try new tools and techniques in your regular interactions – and ask for feedback on what you’re doing.

You won’t need a certificate of completion if you’re a living, breathing example of all that you’re learning and becoming.

How do I benefit most from the System?

You probably heard this from your Mom (or some other wise person along the way), what you get out of this System is dependant entirely on what you put into it

Our most successful Members download resources, participate in our calls, ask questions, engage with our experts and each other. They also take what they learn and put it into action. Remarkable Leaders (actually Remarkable PEOPLE) apply what they learn. And, they apply it everywhere – at home, on the job, at the coffee shop, in the volunteer meeting … everywhere.

Please understand . . . this System IS revolutionary. It IS changing lives. It IS making the world a better place one leader at a time. You have to apply yourself and your learning … but you never walk alone on your leadership journey. Does Kevin really collect antique tractors?

Yes, Kevin really does collect antique John Deere tractors. The full-size, fully operational (unless they’re under repair), fully green and yellow John Deere tractors you can still see working many farms today. Kevin grew up on a farm in Michigan and shared his love of John Deere with his Dad. A dream Kevin shared one time was to have The Kevin Eikenberry Group offices on the 2nd floor of a renovated barn big enough for his tractor collection on the main level.
